Returns & Exchanges

At Hooey Brands, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the original packing slip is included inside the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
